Body Accessories - 22/38 change the colour to a more silver colour
The Tatoos on the Face are just built up of different logos, the best ones I found were all around the 84/144 mark the look the most convincing.
The tatoos on the chest and body are just fixed designs in the menu, just choose the ones that look right to you. Then add the red part in the middle, I just used the heart shaped logo for this,
He also has a small tatoo of a tiger in his right thigh as in the video, this is easy to find and add.
