Copy it and just leave the copy like it is.

Place these on outside of pants.There'll be a little space,we'll have to live with..
Upper:
-2nd largest VT./place as low down as possibel
copy and move a few clicks away
-smallest VT./place a little over last design,should go till end of pants.
copy and move a few clicks away
Lower:
-largest VT/move as high as possibel
copy and move a few clicks away
-largest VT/place from bottom of last besign to end of pants
copy and move a few clicks away

So,now you'll just have to do the same for the other leg...
