Face Design 147: 2nd smallest vertical, largest horizontal, move this peice so it covers over the tip of his nose and connects to the warrior paint. (45,77,49,100)

Now his face paint is finished and reaches that bottom of his jaw like it should.

Leg Design-Right Leg 25: Rotate 2x and move over the kneepad. Size it so that it fits within the pad but is still visible. (93,93,77,100)

Torso Design Front 25: smallest vertical, 2nd largest horizontal, move this peice to the front of his trunks on the lower left hip. (93,93,77,100)
Torso Design Back 25: 2nd smallest vertical, Largest Horizontal, Place on the back of his trunks right in the middle. (93,93,77,100)
Arms Design Left Arm 153: smallest vertical, largest horizontal. place on his arm just below the shoulder muscle around the bicep. (17,48,66,100)
Copy Last Layer: move the copied piece either right or left until it wraps all the way around his arm making a complete band
Repeat the same steps for his Right Arm and now all 32 layers should have been used meaning we are done.
