Now we make frown marks (see help pics)
Design - Letters - Face - Sign (Page 1, 1st column, 3rd row) (Rotate 1x, Second smallest size) (100,9,-24,-100) place this on the inside of his right eyebrow
Design - Letters - Face - Sign (Page 1, 1st column, 3rd row) (Rotate 2x, Second smallest size) (100,9,-24,-100) place this on the inside of his left eyebrow

Now we add two of the following as eye bags (1 under each eye)
